Property Claims
All of Associated Adjusters Network adjusters are senior property adjusters experienced in property claims. Associated Adjusters Network prepares computer generated estimates using Xactimate. All files, attachments, invoices and completed work product are transferred by e-mail unless requested otherwise. This greatly speeds up our claim turnaround time.
Claims handled as follows
1) AAN receives a claim by fax, email or phone.
2) Acknowledgement is sent to the assigning client within 24 hours notifying who the adjuster
will be.
3) Contact is made with the insured (or claimant) within 24 hours.
4) Inspection of the property is made within 2 business days.
5) AAN emails report within 10 days of assignment.
6) File closed !

Make one call to assign a claim in the United States. If you need a status or have a question on a file, make one call in most cases to get a status. All of our adjusters stay in constant contact with each other and with the assigning office. This simplifies communication between AAN's clients and the AAN adjuster.
